The AR Deduction Analyst must be a team player with the ability to work in a fast paced, high volume, goal-oriented environment. Must also be detailed oriented, accurate, meet deadlines, able to prioritize, have excellent organizational and follow-up skills. Possess excellent communication skills.  Must be proficient in Excel with the ability to create and maintain spreadsheets, write common formulas, create pivot tables, and use Vlookup and/or Xlookup.  Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in deduction resolutions.  Ability to decern and vet claims for fines, recalls, returns, rebates, markdowns, promos, freight allowances, coupons, scans, EDLP, advertising, pricing, and shortage claims.  Should be experience with BOL, packing slips and PODs. Experienced with cash applications, credit entries, EDI transactions, offsets, and collections.   Must also maintain a professional demeanor and always remain SOX compliant.

This role will support the E-commerce Senior Manager in executing online marketing strategies, analyzing performance data, and coordinating with various teams to enhance the customer experience and drive sales growth.

Fleet Laboratories is seeking a Lead Analytical Scientist this position will perform analytical tests to support formulation development and stability study of prototype formulation and scale-up batches of products.  Develop, troubleshoot, validate and transfer analytical methods.  Coordinate with QA/QC groups and contract manufacturers and laboratories for method transfer and supporting tests.  Ensures the proper documentation of such methods.  Prepare/review stability test reports, method validation/transfer protocols and reports as well as Analytical Development reports. Lead training and instruction of AD personnel. Oversee Equipment Calibration.

Substitute for the Maintenance Supervisor including but not limited to: Attending the Shift Transition Meeting, Leading the Maintenance Huddle Meeting, and assignment of maintenance tasks. Check and follow up on assigned tasks for accurate completion. Communicate with all line leaders to ensure adequate support.

Fleet Laboratories is seeking a Medical Communications Specialist for 1^st Shift that will report to the Manager, Medical Affairs Systems and PV/Data Teams, and is responsible for receiving, processing and reporting vigilance related contacts from consumers, health care professionals, distributors, or other Prestige Consumer Healthcare (PCH) partners. The Medical Communications Specialist are typically the first point of contact for reports of Serious Adverse Drug Events and Serious Medical Injuries; therefore, is a critical step in the data collection process and plays a major role in the Pharmacovigilance System. Understanding the rules and regulations related to Drug/Device/Supplement/Cosmetic Vigilance is critical to the role of the Medical Communications Specialist.

The Project Manager is responsible for supporting the New Product Development and Technical Services team to execute the launch/implementation of various projects across our portfolio. The role requires a highly organized detailed oriented and self-directed team player with outstanding organization and communication skills. Strong ability to develop timelines, take meeting minutes and action items during team meetings and performing basic follow up tasks to hold team members accountable and keep projects on track.  The role requires entry level project management skills, demonstrated by the ability to facilitate project team meetings within a rapidly evolving, cross-functional, regulated environment. The Project Manager is responsible for managing the new product introduction process and technical service projects such as cost savings and product reformulations. The role requires strong cross-functional business acumen demonstrated by working with multiple departments such as Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, Quality, Maintenance, Engineering and Operations.

The Regulatory Associate will report to the Senior Manager, Regulatory Affairs and, under the direction and guidance of the Associate Vice President, will help to ensure regulatory compliance of Prestige marketed products. Product categories include OTC Monograph drugs, OTC NDAs, Medical Devices, Cosmetics, Dietary Supplements and EPA-registered products. The individual must be data driven/analytical and able to develop and maintain effective working relationships with external suppliers and internal team members.

Fleet Laboratories is seeking a Senior Formulation Scientist with experience in developing OTC and cosmetic skin care and hair care products such as liquids, washes, lotions, creams and gels (not looking for experience with tablet or injectables).  Role will responsible for execution of product development activities for drug products (over the counter or OTC) and cosmetics (personal care) products under minimal supervision including (1) conducting pre-formulation, formulation, and assist in scale-up of new or improved products as required (2) assisting in the cGMP manufacturing, labeling, release and distribution of clinical trial supplies (3) organizing data in preparation of formulation development and other reports in support of product launches and (4) maintain cGMP compliance in laboratory activities.

The Senior Manager, working closely with their marketing partner, will oversee the development of the new product roadmap for the Women’s Health category. Their primary responsibilities include strategically planning and executing the multiyear product roadmap in alignment with business objectives and consumer needs. They will manage internal and external teams to develop product formulations from ideation through scale-up, ensuring timely launches across the roadmap. Additionally, they will lead and coach an internal R&D team while fostering collaboration with external partners to drive innovation and achieve project goals. Overall, this role will be instrumental in driving product innovation, enhancing consumer experiences, and supporting the company's financial objectives within a collaborative team environment.

The Senior Manager, Technical Services will be responsible for managing a diverse set of projects with a focus on product formulas, formulation, and process innovation along with planning and directing work for technology transfer and technical support projects for OTC monograph drugs, OTC NDAs, Medical Devices, Cosmetics, and Dietary Supplement products.  This role requires a solid technical background in formulation development, manufacturing process technologies, and industry best practices.  The individual will manage technology transfers, process scale-up, formula and process improvements, help troubleshoot manufacturing issues, and support projects in collaboration with New Product Development, Operations, Quality, Regulatory, External Partners, and other business units as needed.

The Quality Assurance (QA) Sr. Manager will hold a key position in our Quality & Regulatory Affairs Department. This individual will support existing products and new product introductions by providing and applying Quality Assurance and cGMP expertise for OTC drug products (monographed and NDA/ANDA). The individual will also ensure GMP compliance of third-party contract manufacturers (Contractors) by developing and executing Prestige Brands’ Quality Assurance programs. The individual must develop and maintain an effective working relationship with QA personnel at Contractors and internal stakeholders such as Regulatory Affairs, Medical Affairs, Strategic Sourcing, New Product Development, Package Development, Supply Planning and Logistics. 

The Sr. QA Specialist has responsibility for the activities of various Quality System functions. The position provides oversight and support to the compliance of the assigned quality functions within the Quality Assurance Department. The Quality Assurance Department executes and maintains oversight of the following Quality functions: Training program, Change Control, Corrective and Preventive Actions, Events, Investigations, Internal Auditing, Continuous Improvement, QA support for New Product Development, SOP review and approval, and participation / support for Audits and Regulatory Inspections. 

The Senior Brand Manager, Innovation is responsible for leading and managing new product and commercial innovation for the Pain, Cough/Cold and Sleep categories. The individual must be able to work in a fast paced, environment with an emphasis on collective, collaborative teamwork.
