In search of an Associate Sourcing Manager (ASM) to help our supply chain operate in a way that allows Prestige to provide exceptional service with minimal costs and without unnecessary delays or complications by optimizing end-to-end supply chain costs and ensuring best in class supply performance. We go into hybrid mode after Memorial Day working from home Mondays and Fridays and in the office Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.  Office location is Tarrytown, NY.

Fleet Laboratories is seeking a Director, Engineering/Maintenance this position will be responsible for providing leadership in the areas of Engineering, facilities maintenance, and centralized Equipment maintenance teams in a GMP facility.  The position will direct the activities of Engineering and Maintenance in a FDA regulated, safe and cost-effective environment on a three-shift operation.   The individual will serve as the leader and point of contact in each of these areas, personally executing projects, and develop organizational capability to deliver against future opportunities. Establish a vision and culture, improve processes, and procedures that support the company’s Initiatives and the FDA’s standards.

Fleet Laboratories is seeking an Environmental, Health and Safety Manager this position will review, evaluate, audit and assist in training of employees to assure continuity of all environmental health and safety activities for the site. The EHS Manager will identify and assist the site in meeting and integrating procedures and philosophical changes necessary to establish and keep all team members, work site and processes safe and environmentally compliant. The position is a hands-on position to help assure compliance with OSHA, EPA, Security corporate regulatory requirements, and insurance requirements.

The Financial Analyst - Brand Marketing works closely with brand marketing teams as their right hand person in a critical role of pricing, planning, financial analysis and reporting for the brands of their responsibility.  This person also works closely with R&D, operations, finance and sales departments by proactively delivering relevant and actionable financial information/analysis, monthly projections and recommendations, actively influencing their business partners by championing, challenging, and improving profitability and helping deliver improved financial performance, trade management and commercialization opportunities. 

The primary role of the Intern is to learn and develop skills in information technology to include networking of computers, system wide back up of data, and storage of data.

Prestige is an SAP shop, with S/4 HANA at the core; surrounded by Integrated Business Planning (IBP) for S&OP and Demand Planning, Vistex for Trade Promotion and Deductions Management, and Sterling Business Integrator for EDI trading partner collaboration.

The Project Management Internship takes place in our Tarrytown, NY office three (3) days a week: Tue, Wed & Thu.  You will receive broad exposure to Project Management activities for OTC drug, medical device, and cosmetic consumer packaged goods, particularly in the areas of project timeline creation, task scheduling and meeting management skills. You will have an on-the-job structured experience with our Project Management team under the leadership of our Assistant Director of Project Management. 

Our summer/Winter Quality Assurance Intern position supports Quality Assurance in a variety of short-term projects and tasks. This in-person position, based in Tarrytown NY works approximately 3 days/ 24 hours per week.  The candidate will report to the Quality Assurance leadership team and will gain insight into Quality Systems in a environment that supports OTC drugs, medical devices, dietary supplements & cosmetics. Under the direction and guidance of the Quality Manager, the Intern will perform functions to help ensure Prestige Brands product continue to meet compliance and quality standards.

Fleet Laboratories is seeking a Senior Formulation Scientist with experience in developing OTC and cosmetic skin care and hair care products such as liquids, washes, lotions, creams and gels (not looking for experience with tablet or injectables).  Role will responsible for execution of product development activities for drug products (over the counter or OTC) and cosmetics (personal care) products under minimal supervision including (1) conducting pre-formulation, formulation, and assist in scale-up of new or improved products as required (2) assisting in the cGMP manufacturing, labeling, release and distribution of clinical trial supplies (3) organizing data in preparation of formulation development and other reports in support of product launches and (4) maintain cGMP compliance in laboratory activities.

The Senior Brand Manager, Innovation is responsible for leading and managing new product and commercial innovation for the Pain, Cough/Cold and Sleep categories. The individual must be able to work in a fast paced, environment with an emphasis on collective, collaborative teamwork.
