Ron Lombardi President & CEO
Ron Lombardi was named President and CEO on June 2015 after serving as Chief Financial Officer since 2010. He brings extensive financial management experience to the position, with expertise in acquisitions and divestitures, debt and equity structuring, and building financial infrastructure. He served as CFO for Waterbury International Holdings, a private equity-owned firm. Prior to that, he was with the Cannondale Sports Group/Dorel Recreation and Leisure, a consumer sporting equipment and apparel company, in positions of increasing financial responsibility, beginning as CFO and then as Chief Operating Officer. Also included in his background are leadership positions in finance at Gerber Scientific and Emerson Electric, two large publicly traded companies. Ron holds a B.S from Springfield College, received an MBA at American International College and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Christine Sacco Chief Financial Officer
Christine "Chris" Sacco, was appointed to the position of Chief Financial Officer for the Company on September 2016. Chris joined the Company from Boulder Brands, where she served as Chief Financial Officer for four years after serving as Chief Accounting Officer and Controller. Prior to that, she held positions of increasing financial responsibility with Alpharma, Inc., a global specialty pharma company where she last held the position of Vice President, Treasurer. Her background also includes experience in corporate finance, treasury, investor relations, strategic planning, operations and M&A. She holds a B.S. in accounting from St. Thomas Aquinas College and is a Certified Public Accountant.
William P'Pool Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary
William "Bill" P'Pool was appointed to the position of Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for the Company in November 2016. He is responsible for managing global legal and government affairs for the Company. Bill is an accomplished legal advisor and business executive experienced at guiding international public consumer and life science companies. Most recently Bill served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Mead Johnson Nutrition where he helped establish a solid foundation for a new public company. Prior to that, he served in legal roles at Yum! Brands and GrafTech International, among others. Bill’s background also includes experience in M&A, compliance, government affairs, corporate security and EHS. He earned a BS in business from Murray State University and a JD from the University of Kentucky.
Timothy J. Connors Executive VP, Sales & Marketing
Timothy J. Connors was appointed to the position of Chief Marketing Officer for Prestige Consumer Healthcare, Inc. in April 2010 to lead the company’s marketing and product development initiatives. In 2011, he was named Executive Vice President, Sales and Marketing. Mr. Connors joined the Company from Matrixx Initiatives, a Phoenix-based consumer products marketer of OTC products, where he served as Vice President, Marketing and prior to that, as Director, Sales and Marketing. His background includes both marketing and sales experience for larger consumer products companies such as Nestle, Clorox and Benckiser, as well as key leadership positions for smaller organizations such as The Emerson Group and Matrixx. Tim is a graduate of Penn State University.
Jeff Zerillo Senior Vice President, Operations
Jeff Zerillo was appointed to Prestige Consumer Healthcare as Senior Vice President, Operations in April, 2018 to lead the Company’s diversified supply chain. Jeff joined the Company from Teva Pharmaceuticals where he served as Vice President, Supply Chain Management for the America’s Region. He brings over 30 years of extensive prior experience managing complex Supply Chain’s in Pharmaceuticals, Biologics and Medical Device from companies including Actavis/Allergan, Purdue Pharma and Instrumentation Laboratories. He earned a B.S. in Production Operations Management from York College of Pennsylvania and an Executive Certificate from Sloan School of Business.
Mary Beth Fritz Senior Vice President, Quality & Regulatory Affairs
Mary Beth Fritz was appointed to the position of Senior Vice President, Quality & Regulatory Affairs for the Company in June 2018. Mary Beth joined Prestige Consumer Healthcare in 2009, serving initially as Director of Regulatory Affairs and subsequently Vice President, Product Innovation. Prior to joining the Company, Mary Beth led Regulatory Affairs for Avon Products. Her background also includes 10 years in Regulatory Affairs roles at PepsiCo including the Director of Global Regulatory Affairs, as well as various regulatory roles at Quaker Oats & Snapple Beverages. Mary Beth earned a bachelor’s degree from The Pennsylvania State University.
Jeff Thompson Vice President, Manufacturing & Operations
Jeff Thompson joined the Company in January 2017 as Vice President, Manufacturing and Operations following the acquisition of Fleet, where he had served in the role since 2013. Prior to joining Fleet, Jeff held management positions at global pharmaceutical companies including Teva Pharmaceuticals, Barr Laboratories, DSM Pharmaceuticals and Sandoz. He has over 20 years of experience in global pharmaceutical manufacturing, supply chain management, and continuous improvement of branded, generic and contract products. Jeff earned a bachelor’s degree from West Virginia in industrial engineering and is a Lean SixSigma Black Belt.
